There’s a balance to be found with routine and rituals. Obviously we must keep doing things that need to be done, but, you'll be surprise by the fact that you can find things in your routine that can become rituals. Those rituals can help us re-connect with ourself, and also, they can take the boredom or the stress out. We can even feel connected to our pupose and achieve our goals through them.
First of all you have to find the right attitude and perspective. I found helpful doind some of these things:
1- DAILY AFFIRMATIONS | positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome negative thoughts.
2- SELFCARE | few moments during the day where you take care of yourself,you can write, you can meditate, or you can do your skincare.
3- CONNECT TO A BIGGER PURPOSE | take a step back and see the big picture and purposes behind your daily routines, and how they improve your life as a whole.
4- GRATITUDE | being fully present and aware of who you are, where you are, what you are doing and be thankful for things you already have in your life.
